Meet your Baker
Nick Green began baking sourdough in his hometown of Sydney, Australia over 10 years ago. Nick honed his baking skills at the Culinary Institute of America before settling in Maine. Nick is passionate about transforming simple ingredients into complex flavors, and cultivating community around food. He can’t wait to welcome you to the Brunswick Bread Shed!
You may spot Nick outside of the kitchen when he’s fishing on Maquoit Bay or cycling around town.
